عُجْرُوفٌ A certain small creeping thing, having long legs; said to be the long-legged نَمْلَة [or ant]: or the نَمْل [or ant], or long نَمْل, the legs of which raise it from the ground: or it is larger than the نَمْل.

3 And An old woman; as also with ة.
