Full Definition

عَجْمٌ The young of camels; such as the بَنَات لَبُون and حِقَاق and جِذَاع: thus far: when they have entered upon the state of إِثْنَآء, they are of the جِلَّة thereof: applied to the male and to the female: pl. عُجُومٌ [app. meaning young camels of different ages not exceeding the age of the جَذَع].
