عَقَدٌ [as an Verbal.Noun: see 1, last four sentences.
2 Also] A twisting in the tail of a sheep or goat, as though it were knotted, or tied in a knot. And A twisting, or a knottiness, in the horn of a hegoat.
3 And A canker, corrosion, rottenness, or blackness, (syn. قَادِحٌ,) in teeth.
