غُدَافٌ

Full Definition

غُدَافٌ The crow, or, as some say, the large crow, of the summer, or hot season: or, accord. to some, in an absolute sense, the crow: or the large crow that is full in the wings: or the black crow: pl. غِدْفَانٌ.
2 And A vulture having abundant plumage is sometimes thus called: pl. as above.
3 And Long, abundant, black hair.
4 Also A black wing. And Anything intensely black is termed غُدَافٌ, and أَسْوَدُ غُدَافِىٌّ .
