R. Q. 1 Verbal.Noun فَأْفَأَةٌ, He reiterated the letter ف in his speech; or was as though the letter ف predominated upon his tongue; or had an impediment in the tongue, the letter ف predominating in the speech. You say, فِيهِ فَأْفَأَةٌ [In him is a fault of reiterating the letter ف in his speech; &c.] [See also فَأْفآءٌ.]
