فَاطِرٌ A camel whose نَاب [or tush] is coming forth, or cleaving the flesh and coming forth.

def.2 فَاطِرُ ٱلسَّمٰوَاتِ وَٱلأَرْضِ [in the Kur xlii. 9, &c.,] means The Originater [or Creator] of the heavens and of the earth. See 1.
