قَاصبٌ

Full Definition

قَاصبٌ , applied to a he-camel and a she-camel, Abstaining from drinking before having satisfied thirst: or abstaining from drinking the water, and raising the head from it; and so , likewise applied to the he-camel and the she-camel: or a camel (بَعِيرٌ) refusing to drink: and is also said to be applied to a she-camel.
