Full Definition

كَدَأَI , Present.T ـَ Verbal.Noun كَدْءٌ and كُدُوْءٌ, It was affected by the cold, and thereby made to stick to the earth: or its growth became slow by reason of want of water.
2 كَدَأَ, Present.T ـَ; and كدّأ , Verbal.Noun تَكْدِئَةٌ; the former the more common; It cast down the standing corn &c. upon the earth.
3 كَدَأَ It was short and bad, on account of the badness of the soil.
4 كَدِئَتِ الإِبِلُ, Present.T ـَ Verbal.Noun كَدْءٌ, The camels had little hair.
