Full Definition

كَشَأَI , Present.T ـَ He ate cucumber.
2 كَشَأَ, Verbal.Noun كَشْءٌ, He ate food: or he ate food in the same manner as one eats cucumbers; chewing with the extreme grinders, or filling the mouth, (خَضْمًا,) as in eating cucumbers and the like.
3 كَشَأَ and كشّأ , He ate flesh-meat: [the latter] only used with reference to flesh-meat.
4 كَشَأَ He ate a piece of كَشِىْء. [See also 4 and 5.]
5 كَشِئَ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ, Present.T ـَ Verbal.Noun كَشْءٌ and كَشَآءٌ and, accord. to some, كَشَأٌ; and تكشّأ ; He was, or became, filled with food.

def.2 كَشَأَ, Verbal.Noun كَشْءٌ; and اكشأ ; He roasted meat until it became dry.
2 كَشِئَ It had its inner skin appearing through its outer; as happens when a skin has been long folded, and has dried and broken in that state.
