Full Definition

كَشَرَI , Present.T ـِ Verbal.Noun كَشْرٌ; [and تكشّر , alone; (occurring in the S, K, voce كَلَحَ;)] He displayed his teeth, or grinned, in laughter, and otherwise. You say also كَشَرَ عَنْ نَابِهِ He displayed his tusk: and he snarled by reason of irritation. And كَشَرَ عَنْ أَنْيَابِهِ He displayed his dog-teeth, or tusks. And إِكْشِرْ عَنْ أَنْيَابِكَ Threaten thou.
2 Also كَشَرَ, Verbal.Noun as above, He smiled, or laughed a little without any sound, so as to display his teeth: or he displayed his teeth in smiling. And كَشَرَ إِلَيْهِ He smiled to him, displaying his teeth.
3 And كَشَرَ فُلَانٌ لِفُلَانٍ Such a one behaved ferociously to such a one, or became changed towards him, and threatened him.
