مَبْسِمٌ i. q. ثَغْرٌ meaning The front teeth: [and sometimes, perhaps, the mouth:] so called as being the place of التَّبَسُّم [or smiling: pl. مَبَاسِمُ]. One says, [of women or girls,] هُنَّ غُرُّ المَبَاسِمِ [They are white in the front teeth].
