Full Definition

مَخْرُوطٌ [pass. part. n. of 1].
2 A man having a scanty beard: [or you say,] رَجُلٌ مَخْرُوطُ اللِّحْيَةِ A man having a beard in which is length without breadth. And لِحْيَةٌ مَخْرُوطَةٌ A beard that is scanty in its side, or, correctly, in its two sides, and lank and long in the part on and beneath the chin.
3 A face in which is length without breadth. You say, رَجُلٌ مَخْرُوطُ الوَجْهِ A man whose face has length without breadth.
4 بِئْرٌ مَخْرُوطَةٌ A narrow well.
5 [مَخْرُوطٌ and مَخْرُوطَةٌ , in mathematics, signify A cone.]
