مَدْمَعٌ

Full Definition

مَدْمَعٌ The channel of the tears; or part where the tears run: or the place where the tears collect in the sides of the eye: pl. مَدَامِعُ, which comprises the inner and the outer angles of the eyes: or the pl. signifies the inner angles, (المَآقِى,) which are the extremities of the eye [or eyes].
2 The pl. also signifies Waters which drop, or drip, from the side of a mountain. And it may also signify Flowings of tears.
