مُرْهَفٌ

Full Definition

مُرْهَفٌ and مَرْهُوفٌ Made thin; applied to a sword, or to an arrow: and the former, [or each,] made sharp or pointed: [or made thin in the edge or pointed: or made sharp or keen: see 4:] and see also رَهِيفٌ.
2 أُذُنٌ مُرْهَفَةٌ A slender ear. And خَصْرٌ مُرْهَفٌ A slender waist. And رَجُلٌ مُرْهَفُ الجِسْمِ and , but the former is the more common, A man slender in the body.
3 فَرَسٌ مُرْهَفٌ A horse lank in the belly, having the ribs near together: which is a fault.
