2 [Hence, elliptically,] A man whose testicles have been extracted.
def.2 Also Affected with the disease termed سِلّ: [regularly derived from سُلَّ, but] anomalous [as derived from أَسَلَّهُ]: Sb says, as though the سِلّ were put into him.
