Full Definition

مِسْوَقٌ , or مُسْوِقٌ, like مُحْسِنٌ, means الَّذِى يُسَاوقُ الصَّيْدَ [i. e. A camel that vies with the animals of the chase in driving on, or in strength]; so says Ibn-' Abbád: accord. to the L, a camel by means of which one conceals himself from the animals of the chase, to circumvent them.
