مَعْلُومٌ

Full Definition

مَعْلُومٌ [Known; &c.]. الوَقْتُ المَعْلُومُ [mentioned in the Kur xv. 38 and xxxviii. 82] means [The time of] the resurrection. And الأَيَّامُ المَعْلُومَاتُ [mentioned in the Kur xxii. 29] means [The first] ten days of Dhu-l-Hijjeh, the last of which is the day of the sacrifice.
