Full Definition

مُفَلَّسٌ Proclaimed [or pronounced] by the judge to be in a state of إِفْلَاس. [See 2.]

def.2 Also, or مُفَلَّسُ اللَّوْنِ, A horse, or other thing, having upon his skin spots differing in colour from the rest, resembling فُلُوس [or small copper coins].
