وِشْبٌ
sing. of أَوْشَابٌ, which is the same as أَوْبَاشٌ and أَشْوَابٌ, [but see this last word, in art. شوب,] and signifies, A medley, or mixed multitude; or sundry, or separate sorts of people; and young men of the baser sort. A term of dispraise only.
