أَنْفَسُ This is the most loved and highly esteemed of my property.

def.2 بَلَّغَكَ ٱللّٰهُ أَنْفَسَ الأَعْمَارِ [May God cause thee to attain to the most protracted, or most ample, of lives: see 5]. And دَارُكَ أَنْفَسُ مِنْ دَارِى Thy house is more ample, or spacious, than my house: and the like is said of two places: and of two lands. And هٰذَا التَّوْبُ أَنْفَسُ مِنْ هٰذَا This garment, or piece of cloth, is wider and longer and more excellent than this. And ثَوْبٌ أَنْفَسُ الثَّوْبَيْنِ A garment, or piece of cloth, the longer and wider of the two garments, or pieces of cloth.
