حَازِقٌ
One who is pinched by a tight boot: of the measure فَاعِلٌ in the sense of the measure مَفْعُولٌ. One says, لَا رَأْىَ لِحَازِقٍ [No counsel, or advice, is possible to one who is pinched by a tight boot]. [See also حَاقِنٌ.]
