def.2 Also, and عَاسِلٌ , and عَسُولٌ , A spear that quivers, by reason of pliableness: or [so the second, but the first and last,] a spear that quivers much. And رِمَاحٌ عَسَّالَةٌ [Spears that quiver much]. (A in art. زعب.)
