Full Definition

نوّرII , intrans., in the sense of أَنَارَ, from النُّورُ: see 4, in two places.
2 نوّر بِالفَجْرِ, Verbal.Noun تَنْوِيرٌ, He performed the prayer of daybreak when the dawn had become light or when the horizon had become bright: تَنْوِيرُ الفَجْرِ, without بِ is an amplification. تَنْوِيرٌ as a subst. from this verb, see below.

def.3 نوّر, Verbal.Noun تَنْوِيرٌ, It blossomed, or flowered it put forth its نَوْر; as also , originally أَنْوَرَ, See also 4.
2 It attained to maturity: [see an ex. in a verse cited in art. سمو, conj. 3:] تَنْوِيرٌ, the Verbal.Noun of the verb in this sense, has a pl. تَنَاوِيرُ.
