إِنْخَرَقَVII see 5, in two places.
2 انخرقتِ الرِّيحُ The wind blew [app. in any manner, (see مُنْخَرَق,) or] irregularly; not in one uniform manner: [and ↓تخرّفت app. signifies the same: for you say,] بَلَدٌ وَاسِعٌ تَنْخَرِقُ بِهِ الرِّيَاحُ [ A wide country in which the winds blow, or blow irregularly]: and أَرْضٌ وَاسِعَةٌ فِيهَا الرِّيَاحُ [app. meaning, in like manner, A wide land in which the winds blow, &c.].
