Full Definition

تَصَادُقٌVI signifies The acting, or associating, as friends, or as true, or sincere, friends, one with another. And I. q. صِدْقٌ: [or rather mutual صِدْق; contr. of تَكَاذُبٌ:] one says, تَصَادَقَا فِى الحَدِيثِ and فِى المَوَدَّةِ They were true, or sincere, each to the other, in information, or narration, and in love, or affection; contr. of تَكَاذَبَا.
