Full Definition

جِبَارَةٌ and جَبِيرَةٌ Splints; pieces of wood with which bones are set, or reduced from a fractured state: or bones which are put upon a diseased part of the person, to reduce it to a sound state: pl. جَبَائِرُ.
2 Also, both words, A wide bracelet; syn. يَارَقٌ: a bracelet (سِوَار) of gold or silver: pl. جَبَائِرَةٌ [or جَبَائِرُ, as above?].
