حاباهُIII , Verbal.Noun مُحَابَاةٌ and حِبَآءٌ, He vied, or contended, with him in giving.
2 He aided him, or assisted him: he treated him, or behaved towards him, with partiality; was partial towards him: and inclined towards him: he treated him in an easy and a gentle manner.
3 حاباهُ فِى البَيْعِ, Verbal.Noun مُحَابَاةٌ, He abated the price, or payment, to him in selling: or he treated him in an easy and a gentle manner therein: from حِبَآءٌ signifying “ a gift. ”
