Full Definition

رَاتِعٌ A camel, or beast, pasturing at his pleasure; or eating and drinking what he pleases, and coming and going in the pasturage, by day, amid abundance of herbage, and plenty; [part. n. of 1, q. v.:] pl. رِتَاعٌ and رُتَّعٌ and رُتُعٌ and رُتُوعٌ.
2 You say also قَوْمٌ رَاتِعُونَ. See مَرْتِعٌ.
