زُبٌّ
The penis; the male organ of generation; in the dial. of El-Yemen: i. e. absolutely: or peculiarly of a human being: or of a boy, in the dial. of El-Yemen: or of a gazelle, or an antelope: said by IDrd to be a genuine Arabic word: dim.
زُبَيْبٌ ; and sometimes
زُبَيْبَةٌ , with the fem. ة, as being a piece (قِطْعَةٌ) of the body: pl. [of pauc.] أَزْبَابٌ and أَزُبٌّ and [of mult.] زَبَبَةٌ, the last extr. [with respect to rule].
2 And The beard; in the dial. of ElYemen: or the fore part thereof; in the dial. of some of the people of El-Yemen.
3 And The nose; as some say; in the dial. of El-Yemen.
4 And A sort of dates of El-Basrah; mentioned by Meyd; as also زُبُّ رُبَّاحٍ or رُبَاحٍ.
5 زُبُّ القَاضِى, which is one of the faults of a thing that is sold, is explained by the lawyers as [The condition of] that whereof the fruit quickly falls
