عُطْلَةٌ
The state of being, or remaining, without work, or occupation; a subst. from تَعَطَّلَ. One says, هُوَ يَشْكُو العُطْلَةَ [He complains of being without work, or occupation].
2 And هُوَ ذُو عُطْلَةٍ means He is one who has no estate upon which to labour, or work.
