Full Definition

فَاتِرٌ , and فَاتُورٌ , Water between hot and cold; lukewarm; tepid; water ceasing to be hot.
2 طَرْفٌ فَاتِرٌ An eye, or eyes, in which is a weakness that is deemed beautiful; [i. e., languishing,] in which is languish, or languidness; not having a sharp look: or not sharp. [See 4.]
3 مَشْىٌ فَاتِرٌ A weak walking.
