def.2 See also قَرِيحَةٌ in two places. [Hence] one says, هُوَ فِى قُرْحِ سِنِّهِ He is in the first part of his age. أَنَا فِى قُرْحِ الثَّلَاثِينَ I am in the beginning of the thirtieth [year] was said by an Arab of the desert to IAar, who had asked him his age. And القُرْحُ, by some written القُرَحُ [pl. of ], signifies Three nights of the first part of the month.
