مُبْتَرِكٌ , [in the CK مُتَبَرِّكٌ,] applied to a man, Leaning, or bearing, upon a thing; applying himself [thereto] perseveringly, assiduously, or constantly.
2 Also, applied to a cloud, Bearing down [upon the earth], and paring off the surface of the ground [by its vehement rain: see 8].
