مِصْرَادٌ A wind (رِيحٌ) cold; or intensely cold: or accompanied by cold and humid clouds.
2 Also, and , A man quickly sensible of cold; weak in enduring cold; impatient of cold.

4 And A land without trees, and without anything of herbage.
