مَغْلُولٌ

Full Definition

مَغْلُولٌ , applied to a man, Having the [shackle called] غُلّ put upon him. It is said in the Kur [v. 69], وَقَالَتِ ٱلْيَهُودُ يَدٌ ٱللّٰهِ مَغْلُولَةٌ [And the Jews said, The hand of God is shackled], meaning, withheld from dispensing.

def.2 Also, applied to a man, and غَلِيلٌ , and مُغْتَلٌّ , Thirsty; or vehemently thirsty; or affected with burning of thirst, little or much; or with burning of the inside, from thirst, or from anger and vexation.
