Full Definition

وَقَّادٌ Shining, or shining brightly; applied to a star.
2 وَقَّادٌ and مُتَوَقِّدٌ A heart, or mind. quickly excited with ardour, or eagerness, in liveliness and acuteness or penetration.
3 Also, both words, A man clever, ingenious, acute, sharp, or penetrating.
