فَرَّشَII see 1, in four places; two near the beginning and two near the end.

def.2 فرّش الزَّرْعُ, Verbal.Noun تَفْرِيشٌ, The seed-produce spread itself upon the surface of the earth. You say, فَرَّخَ الزَّرْعُ وَفَرَّشَ [The seed-produce put forth its shoots, and spread itself upon the surface of the earth]. And the latter of these two verbs is also like the former [in signification].
2 فرّش الطَّائِرُ, Verbal.Noun as above; and تفرّش ; The bird expanded and flapped its wings, عَلَى شَىْءٍ over a thing, without alighting: and ↓ the latter verb, it spread its wings.
