مِحْرَافٌ and مِحْرَفٌ , or مِحْرَفَةٌ , A probe with which the depth of a wound is measured: pl. of the first مَحَارِيفُ; and [of the second, or,] accord. to Akh, of the last, مَحَارِفُ.
